Q: How do I order a custom fedora with my name on it?

A: I know it’s kinda confusing when you’re searching for an actual design to choose from online. All fedoras are custom hand- painted unless you are ordering solid colors.

Here’s 3 easy steps to help you:

          (1) Find the color Fedora you love.

          (2) Add it to your cart.

          (3) Leave your requested details in “Customer  

              Notes” at checkout. Yep! That’s it! DONE

Q: What is pre painted fedoras?

A: Pre-Painted fedoras are fedoras that has already been painted. What you see, is what you will get. You can not make any changes. 

Q: Do you offer local pick-up options?

A: Yes, we offer local pick-up for customers in the Chicago area for on hand product only. Not custom items. When placing your order, select the local pick-up option at checkout if applicable. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to collect your order from our location during our business hours M-F 10 am - 4pm
